2. The Revision Process as Our Primary Commitment
Career document writing is a collaborative process. If you feel that your initial draft requires adjustments, we provide a dedicated revision period:
- Revision Window: Clients have 14 calendar days from the electronic delivery of the initial draft to request revisions.
- Scope of Revisions: Revisions include clarifying phrasing, adjusting formatting, restructuring bullet points, strengthening quantifiable metrics, and refining emphasis for your agreed target positions.
- How to Request: Simply reply to your delivery email with your specific feedback, line edits, or questions.
3. Cancellation Before Work Commences
If you purchase a service and request cancellation before our writers begin drafting or analyzing your documents (typically within 24 hours of payment and prior to the intake review kick-off), you are eligible for a full refund minus any unavoidable third-party payment processing transaction fees.
4. In-Progress & Completed Work
Once our consultants have begun document drafting, analysis, or opportunity research:
- Because our services are customized professional labor, refunds cannot be issued solely based on a change of mind after drafting has commenced.
- If you are dissatisfied with a draft, our commitment is to work with you through your package's included revision rounds to address all concerns and achieve a polished document.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Third-Party Hiring Decisions: As explicitly stated in our Terms of Service, we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes. The decision to hire rests solely with employers.
- Change of Career Objective Post-Drafting: Deciding to pivot to an entirely different industry or job discipline after work has already been completed according to your original intake criteria.
- Expired Revision Period: Revision requests submitted after the 14-day revision window has closed without prior written extension.
